David Penny is a highly experienced veterinary nurse with a genuine passion for improving the lives of pets. Having worked hands-on with animals in clinical settings for years, he saw first-hand the challenges pets face after surgery — discomfort, stress, restricted movement, and complications caused by traditional recovery methods nad even other recovery suits. The result is MediSuit — a product developed, tested, and refined over several years.
Every detail has been carefully considered, from advanced breathable fabrics that promote faster healing, to a fit that protects wounds while allowing pets to move, rest, and recover comfortably. It’s this combination of clinical insight and practical design that sets MediSuit apart.
David’s work and innovation have been recognised through his participation in the New Frontiers Programme, supported by Enterprise Ireland, where he continues to develop and bring new ideas to life.
